Alva Salon Formula Perm Neutralizer with Fixative Polymer.
Shake Well Before Using.
Directions:
- After processing is complete, rinse hair thoroughly with tepid water, (approximately 2-3 minutes)
- Towel blot hair thoroughly.
- Apply undiluted neutralizer to each rod, thoroughly saturating each curl.
-Leave neutralizer on rods for five minutes.
- Gently unwind rods keeping curls close to the head and reapply 1-2 oz. more neutralizer over entire head and gently work through the hair.
- Rinse entire head with tepid water and towel blot.
- The special cationic polymer in this formula will produce extra body, manageability, shine, and ultimate curl retention.
