All "in stock" orders (including expedited 1, 2 and 3 day shipping) which are received by 12 Midnight U.S Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped within the following 1-2 business days, however, orders are typically shipped out either the same or next business day. Orders placed over Holidays and Weekends will be processed and shipped the following business day/s. We stock 99.9% of the items shown on our website, however, on some occasions multiple orders for the same item/s maybe placed by more than one customer at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific item/s. If this occurs, it may cause a slight delay with your order. If we are unable to ship your order out within the usual 1-2 business days, you will be notified via email or by telephone as soon as possible and given the status and options for your order. For UPS Ground orders in the U.S allow approximately 2-9 business days, for UPS 3 Day Select allow 3 business days, for UPS 2nd Day Air allow 2 business days and for UPS Next Day Air allow 1 business day from the day order was shipped out to receive your package. Most orders shipped in the U.S are shipped UPS Ground with an exception of Hawaii and Alaska which may be shipped USPS or standard UPS. Canada, APO, FPO, Military and International are shipped USPS. Our shipping rates to both U.S and International vary based on location, weight and/or the number of items which are ordered. Rates to Canada, USPS. APO/FPO/Military, Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico is $16.95* shipped USPS only. HAIRPRODUCTS.COM RETURN POLICY AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS- We offer a 30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on most of our store items. FOR ELECTRICAL ACCESSORY ITEMS- (Flat Irons, Blow Dryers, and Similar Items) Contact us immediately at staff@hairproducts.com or call 1-818-503-4806 M-F 9:am-5:pm PST to request an R.A.F (Return Authorization Form). Your returned package must be postmarked within 30-Days of your Receipt/Invoice and you must return the item/s in their original packaging (we recommend saving the product packaging for at least 30 days when you receive your item’s) to All Essentials, Inc. c/o Returns 7069 1/2 Vineland Avenue, North Hollywood, CA 91605). You must enclose the R.A.F and Receipt / Invoice with all returns. Exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 Business Days and Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from receiving your approved returned item/s less any shipping & handling charges and a 10% reprocessing fee may apply. Reprocessing fees do not apply to defective items. Exchanges for non-defective items may require additional shipping charges. We cannot accept any returns for items which are not factory sealed due to State, Federal and Local Health Laws and Concerns. SHIPPING DAMAGED ITEM/S: All items damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 72 hours and your package must be returned or post marked within 5 business days from receipt so that we may properly report a claim to our shipping carrier.
