GENERAL SHIPPING PROCEDURES-

SHIPPING CARRIERS
All orders will be shipped either by UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on availability and other delivery factors. If you would like your order shipped by a specific carrier, you must contact us in advance to make arrangements.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING GENERAL
All “in stock” orders including expedited orders which are received by 8:pm U.S Pacific Standard Time will be processed and usually shipped within 24 hours on most occasions, however, it can take up to 3 business days. “Business Days” (Do Not Include Saturdays & Sundays) due to unexpected delays such as backorders or backed up orders, please see details below.

IN STOCK, SPECIAL ORDERS, BACKORDERS, OUT OF STOCK AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS On occasions multiple item/s maybe placed by more than one customer at the same time causing us to be temporarily out of stock for that specific item/s. If this occurs with your transaction, it may cause a slight delay with shipping time to your destination. If we are unable to ship your order within 3-4 business days from the date you’ve placed your order, then you will be immediately notified by email or telephone to be given the status and alternative available options to proceed with your order.

HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS
Orders placed over a Holiday, Late Friday or a Weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed and shipped the following business day/s.

MILITARY APO/FPO
We can only use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship to Military Addresses.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Any items with "Free Shipping" will only be shipped free to the contingent 48 U.S states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND OTHER FEES
All Carriers are considered when shipping International packages. Shipments outside of the U.S may be subject to fees such as "import customs fees" which include Customs, Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees and other similar fees. These "fees" are typically collected by the shipping carrier in your area, and are NOT collected for our benefit. These "import" fees are not a part of our shipping charges. These are fees imposed by your country's customs laws. Please contact your local carriers and customs department to learn more about these fees. You the “importer” will be responsible for all "fees" which may be imposed by your country's customs laws including but not limited to duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other fees which may apply at the time package is delivered to you. If you would like to specify a carrier in particular, you must contact us in advance before we process and ship out your order. GENERAL CARRIER DELIVERY TIMES IN U.S

- Ground or Standard Delivery in the U.S may take 2-6 business days depending on area being delivered to.

- USPS Priority Mail may take 2-4 business days to arrive depending on area being delivered to.

- USPS Military Address APO/FPO may take 5-12 days to arrive depending on area being delivered to.

P.O BOX DELIVERY
Packages shipped to P.O Boxes will only be delivered by USPS United States Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time for international packages vary widely depending on various factors such as Country, Customs, Carrier and Method of Shipment. We typically will ship any approved international order within 2-4 business days. Most orders will ship USPS United States Postal Service, unless requested otherwise. Please contact us for more information and an estimated time of arrival to your destination.

RETURN POLICIES AND INSTRUCTIONS-

WE OFFER AN AMAZING 60 DAY NO-HASSLE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON ALL ITEMS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR INDIVIDUALLY MARKED DIFFERENTLY*. Hairproducts.com wants you to have a great shopping experience and be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return within 60 days of your purchase receipt date. You (customer) will be refunded less any applicable shipping costs (Note: If you were not charged shipping or an item was "Free Shipping", an average shipping rate will be used) and a 10-15% administration "restocking" reprocessing fee. You (customer) are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. Shipping rates for free shipping items will be estimated based on the method shipped. However, If return is the result of our error, there will be no administration "restocking" reprocessing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us within 60 days of receipt date to request an exchange. You (customer) are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. However, If return is the result of our error, there will be no administration "restocking" reprocessing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. SALON FURNITURE AND SPECIAL ORDER MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
Note: *We offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee policy on all Special Order Salon Furniture and other "Special Order" items. There will be a 25% administration "restocking" processing fee on any returns or exchanges of Salon Furniture and "Special Order" items. However, If return is the result of our error, there will be no administration "restocking" reprocessing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. Note: There will be a 15% administration restocking" reprocessing fee on any exchanges of Salon Furniture and "Special Order" items.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Note: *All SALES ARE FINAL for Select Brushes, Combs, All Chemical and Supplement type items such as Shampoos, Conditioners, Soaps, Liquids, Creams, Lotions, Oils, Vitamins, and Similar Items.

CONTACT US FOR A "RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM" BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS A "RAF" (Return Authorization Form) at www.hpraf.com or returns.hairproducts.com is required with all returns and exchanges. Failure to use an RAF when returning item/s, may result in loss, delay or refusal of return.

CUSTOMER REFUSAL OF DELIVERED PACKAGE
We do not encourage refusals of packages, at anytime. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all refused packages and Customer will be charged shipping fees both ways. Customer may be held responsible for 100% of the order purchase price, including shipping, if package is lost or stolen. If package arrives back to us in satisfactory condition, Customer will be refunded less any applicable administration fees, restocking fees and shipping fees.

GOOD FAITH INSPECTION OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to evaluate and inspect all returns, in good faith, and approve or disapprove the return based on our return policy and guidelines.

AFTER 30 DAYS
After 30 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, you may contact the manufacturer of item/s to consider their warranty or satisfaction guarantee. If your matter has still not been resolved, please contact us, we will try to assist you further.
